The problem with clay litter.
We love our cats. But we hate what comes with them — the heavy bags, the dust clouds, the smell, the mess.
Clay litter was the only option for decades, and honestly, it sucks. It's ugly, it's filthy, and it's strip-mined from the earth — leaving behind scars on the planet that never heal. Every single year, more than eight billion pounds of that stuff ends up sitting in landfills.
A better way, born from coconuts.
Our search for a real solution led us somewhere unexpected — to coconut farms.
Around the world, coconuts are harvested for water, milk, and oil, but their husks are usually tossed out. That waste became our inspiration. We learned that the same fiber that naturally breaks down into rich topsoil could also make the perfect litter base: light, clean, soft under paws, and totally renewable.
So we teamed up with environmental scientists and material engineers, mixed a lot of prototypes (and cleaned up a few epic fails), and built something no one had before — a solid-clumping, 100% sustainable coconut litter that cats actually love.
